Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center offers both valet and self-service parking options. Valet is offered at the Emergency Department Monday through Sunday (7 days a week), and at the Westwood Portico from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Self-service parking is available 7 days a week at both locations.

Permit Information: This is an unlimited consecutive day permit with “in and out” privileges for the duration of the Long-Term parking permit. Permit is based on time of entry and expires on the date and time printed on Long-Term Permit.
NO REFUNDS for lost, damaged or unused permit/ticket.
NO REFUNDS or exchanges once permit is purchased.
To Purchase: Upon entry, pull a parking ticket and take the ticket to a pay station machine or cashier's window before returning to your vehicle. Insert the parking ticket at the pay station machine, press the PRODUCTION button, select OPTION, press NEXT to see options, press CONFIRM after option selection, PAY for permit, and wait for permit and receipt to print.
Permit Instructions: Upon entry, insert the Long-Term parking ticket in entry column. Remove ticket to raise gate arm. When exiting gate, insert Long-Term Ticket in exit column, and remove ticket to raise gate arm.
Parking rates include city tax.

Valet Parking
UCLA offers partial valet services to patients and visitors. There are vehicle drop off zones in front of RRUCLAMC and the emergency room. Patients and visitors drop off their vehicles and a friendly parking services staff member will issue them a ticket. Customers must retrieve their vehicle from Level P1 using the parking elevators in the Ronald Reagan Medical Center or the emergency department.
Customers can pay at the pay station machine or cashier located in P Level where they retrieve their vehicles.
Conference Attendees & Non-Patient Visitor Parking
Parking for RRUCLAMC conference attendees and non-patient visitors is on Level 4 of Parking Structure 8. Click here for a map with detailed parking instructions.

100, 200 & 300 Medical Plaza Way – on Westwood Plaza, north of Le Conte Avenue
Gayley Avenue – for 200 and 300 Medical Plaza parking
Parking Options: Self-Service Pay-on-Exit
Instructions: Pull a ticket at the entrance, and take the ticket to a pay station before returning to your vehicle
