Eligible donors may obtain Courtesy Permits through UCLA Donor Relations at (310) 794-2447 or DonorRelations@support.ucla.edu.
Permits are only available online through the Bruin ePermit Portal. Physical permits and Ride cards have expired and are no longer valid.
New Emeriti/Retirees should contact the Emeriti Retiree Relations Center at (310) 825-7456 in order to determine your permit eligibility. Once confirmed by the Emeriti Retiree Relations Center, you will receive an email from UCLA Transportation with instructions on how to purchase your permit.
Renewing Emeriti/Retirees can log on to the Bruin ePermit Portal to purchase their annual permit. To purchase a Night and Weekend or Weekend Only permit, a guest account will need to be created for the permit to be available for purchase.

Campus Volunteers
Volunteers who provide uncompensated services to UCLA, and who are on campus no more than two (2) times per week and no more than four (4) hours each visit, are eligible to purchase a Volunteer permit. If a volunteer is on campus more than four hours, two days a week, a full-fee permit should be purchased for them. Volunteers should contact their departments for further information.
Clinical faculty who provide uncompensated services to UCLA and who are on campus no more than two (2) times per week for no more than four (4) hours each visit are eligible for courtesy parking. Clinical faculty who are compensated must purchase a full-fee employee parking permit on a quarterly or annual basis. Clinical faculty who qualify for this type of permit should contact their Commute Coordinator.
Vendors
Individuals and/or companies who have a service contract or agreement with UCLA, and require access to the campus on a routine basis, are eligible to purchase a vendor permit.
Anyone doing business with the University is required to follow all applicable parking rules and regulations.

Consultants/Contractors
Consultants and contractors hired through outside agencies (i.e., those who are not on UCLA payroll) are not eligible for the staff parking rate. If allotted by their department, these employees may purchase short-term or quarterly parking permits for the duration of their job assignment.
