Electric bikes: UL 2849
Electric scooters, electric skateboards, and electric personal assistive mobility devices (EPAMDs): UL 2272
Removable e-mobility batteries: UL 2271
Certification is required for the entire electrical system, including the device itself, its battery, and its charging unit. Each related component should have a certification label, sticker, or mark. If you cannot find it on your device, check the user manual.
