Biking is good for the mind and body, improving physical and mental health in several ways: strengthening the immune system, toning muscles, boosting mood, easing stress, and much more. Students, faculty, and staff — get pumped to ride and thrive this month!
Whether you regularly bike commute to campus, are a casual recreational rider, or are thinking about hopping in the bike saddle for the first time or again after ages, pedal push over to a pit stop, mobile repair station pop-ups with the UCLA Bike Shop and Velofix, and a special luncheon.

UCLA Transportation will additionally host the annual Bike Luncheon set for Thursday, May 15, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Wilson Plaza, with complimentary refreshments. Attendees will receive the official custom UCLA Bike Month t-shirt. Advance registration is required, and space and t-shirt quantity are limited.
