With Bruins returning to campus this fall, graduate students can commute to UCLA affordably and sustainably with the Bruin Grad Pass.
As a result of the UCLA graduate student transit pass referendum, graduate students who are paying the BruinGo Universal Access Transit Pass Fee are eligible for the program. Included in the Bruin Grad Pass is unlimited access to all seven transit agencies serving the UCLA campus including Los Angeles Metro bus and rail lines, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus, Culver CityBus, Antelope Valley Transit, Santa Clarita Transit, Long Beach Transit, and LADOT Commuter Express.
Graduate students such as Kimberly Venegas from the Luskin School of Public Affairs have benefitted from the savings and convenience provided by the Bruin Grad Pass. "You don’t need to buy a tank of gas or pay for parking after struggling to find a spot. You also don’t have to stress about bad LA drivers — you just sit back and relax."
Eligible graduate students can request their Bruin Grad Pass through the BruinTAP for Transit portal, or renew their pass if they already have one. Fall transit passes are active through December 26, 2021.
