Online Billing Access (OBA)

Fleet & Transit is pleased to announce the return of Online Billing Access (OBA) for our customers beginning the fiscal year of 2012-2013. OBA is a web-based application that allows departments to view their monthly billing statements online. OBA was originally released in 2003 as one of Fleet & Transit’s sustainability efforts and was well received by the campus community.

In addition to a summary of monthly bills, OBA allows departments to view detailed maintenance transactions that are not available in paper format. We have worked diligently with our IT group to provide a well-functioning OBA application for our customers.

Log on to OBA now.

  • Added search capability

New Customer Access Portal Coming Soon

OBA will be replaced by the Customer Access Portal (CAP) during Fall Quarter 2024. All users are encouraged to sign up for CAP before it launches.

CAP will allow you to view your vehicles':

  • General Vehicle Information
  • Billing Reports
  • Maintenance Records

To sign up for CAP you must be an UCLA employee with an active University Single Sign-On (SSO)/Bruin Online (BOL) account. You will receive a notification when CAP is in production and available for use. If you have any questions please reach out to fts@ts.ucla.edu. Thank you!
