New Customer Access Portal (CAP) Now Available
Fleet & Transit is excited to introduce the new Customer Access Portal (CAP), replacing OBA with an improved, web-based system designed to enhance your experience.
All users are encouraged to sign up for CAP.
With CAP, you can easily access:
- General Vehicle Information
- Billing Reports
- Maintenance Records

Online Billing Access (OBA)
At this time, customers still have access to Online Billing Access (OBA) until further notice.
OBA is a web-based application that allows departments to view their monthly billing statements online.
In addition to a summary of monthly bills, OBA allows departments to view detailed maintenance transactions that are not available in paper format.
