Motorcycle and Scooter Parking

Parking Regulations

Motorcycles and scooters are not required to display a UCLA parking permit.  However, these vehicles must be parked in a designated motorcycle space at all times. Vehicles will be subject to a citation if they are parked in areas other than such designated spaces or if they are parked over the line and taking space from the adjacent parking spot.

A motorcycle and scooter parking space on campus is only available for daily use. Garaging/storing your vehicle on campus is prohibited unless you live in a UCLA Residence Hall and have written permission from Parking Services. If a vehicle appears to be abandoned or garaged, a warning of parking violation will be issued to the vehicle. If the vehicle is not removed from that location within 72 hours, it will be towed and impounded at the owner’s expense under storage authority 22669A CVC.

Towing & Booting
