Forgotten Permits and Access Cards
If you are a UCLA faculty or staff member and you forget to bring your permit to campus or drive an alternate vehicle, a daily temporary permit for your assigned parking area may be obtained at any Information & Parking Booth. Note: Students are not eligible.
No more than three (3) temporary permits will be issued within a three (3) month rolling period.
- You will be required to show your current UCLA ID or photo ID.
- If you are in a staff carpool, all members of the carpool must be in the vehicle when requesting a temporary permit.
Lost or Stolen Permits and Access Cards
If you lose your permit or access card or believe it has been stolen, please report it to Parking Services immediately. You will have to visit our office and complete and sign a Transaction & Update Form and a Lost/Stolen Permit Report. There is a replacement fee for both the decal(s) and access card.
Found Permits and Access Cards
If you find a permit decal or access card, please return it to Parking Services immediately. Permits are not transferable. If lost or stolen decals and access cards are found in use, the user can be subject to serious penalties including citation, fines, restitution fees, and/or possible disciplinary actions.
